I love their Apple Pecan Chicken salad (usually).
But sometimes, like yesterday (not the first time), they forget to add the chicken & feta cheese to the salad. (They must leave them out when they make the salads in advance, & HOPEFULLY add them later when you order.)
Always check it before leaving the store!

Wendy’s is a burger chain located on Brandon Boulevard. When we got there they forgot to open the dining room, which was after the posted entry time. So we went into the drive thru and the service was surprisingly fast and friendly.
The breakfast here is good; the bacon egg and cheese sandwich had nothing special. However, the potatoes were crunchy and had a unique form to it. The chicken biscuit had a honey-like taste to it, which is a unique combination that no one else does. Overall, better than a few other locations.

One of the managers there Bernard was very rude, honestly wanted to go off but he isn't worth it, if you hate your job leave but doubt with his personality he'd get anywhere in another field of work. Wendy's hiring manager is his peak lol. The rest of the staff were great and food was as expected but he killed the whole experience.

Ive tried to come here a few times and the food is always cold, nuggets hard. Most recently, they were out of all basic condiments for the burgers and then acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked for my change back after the lady handed me my food and closed the window. Then made a remark about how little the change amount was. Horrible customer service. Will not return.

Night mangers are rude I called because my order was wrong keeping picking up then hanging then when some one finally say some they Exact words was quit calling here damn and hung up didn't say hello no nothing and very slow severs have us sitting at the window for a good 15 to 20 mins then had to blow the horn to get help
