Management should hire better people with better service. What a terrible franchise. Asked a simple question if they were doing discounts for veterans on Veterans Day and I was disrespected. The manager was responding with attitude and said ur discount is the menu and was so disrespectful. If you can’t even be kind to veterans u don’t deserve any money. Is there a way to escalate this?

This Taco Bell is far superior than any other location in the area. The food is always fresh and good, and it’s RARE that we ever are missing any items. If anything, I’d just remind the staff to put napkins in the bags. Speaking of the staff, again the most exceptional crew is at this location. They’re always nice! We

I just had a great customer service experience with Angel. I told her I wanted a combo box that i could pick the items for. She told me I could only order on the app. So I downloaded the Taco Bell app and she proceeded to assist. Thank you Angel, from someone who is technically challenged.

So so impressed with the drive thru cashier James. Not only was he very sweet and got all my food subs correct but also seemed to not only be a presenter but also the cook, cashier, and drink maker. James needs a raise times 4 his salary bc he’s doing everything. ORRRR Taco Bell needs to stop operating on a skeleton crew

My husband bought me a box last night. He specifically stated no sour cream. When he gets home there's sour cream on my chalupa and five layer burrito. Now, whoever took the order knew I said no sour cream as I was on the phone with my husband when he ordered. How do I know?! When I asked for a strawberry lemonade, he said they didn't have it. I tried calling once husband got home, but no one answered the phone.
