I purchased the XL Fries. They were so fresh. Customer service was none existent. The lady made no eye contact with me at any point during the entire transaction nor did say 1 word. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work there. I’m sure someone would love to have that job with an infectious demeanor.

Convenient mobile order pickup. The Buford is my favorite new fast food burger. Their fries are unrivaled. This is my new favorite fast food place.

The young lady who took my order was polite and so sweet. My fries were fresh, spicy chicken sandwich fell short. I stayed in the drive-thru for some additional napkins. The young man making the food made eye contact with me 4 times before shrugging his shoulders at me and pointing at the grill as to say, "this is my only job bucko". The manager came over after about 2 minutes to provide those.

HORRIBLE! This is the worse checkers to eat from my sandwich was messy and horribly put together the bacon was so hard as if they gave me the bits left at the bottom of the back threw the whole meal away. There was nothing “layered” about my layered slushy and the black lady at the window needs to re evaluated when she gave me my supposed to be layered slushy the lid popped right off and some spilled on my hand. She saw me shaking it off my hand and when I went to ask for napkins she closed the window before I can get a word out very rude I will NEVER eat there again I wouldn’t recommend it to a stray dog

The fast food was different it was a unique taste to the hamburgers 🍔. It did not look overly grease but it upset Both my daughter's and mine tummies. . All 3 boy's in the house where fine. No one was really was taken with this restaurant.

I was requested to give this place another try so I did. I tried something new this time. I tried the chicken burger and Liam order it as will. We both love it. I also tried the sinfully good French fries. I did not think that I would care for them because of the black pepper on them. The black pepper made it taste great.
They have a new chicken strips that are covered in the same seasoning they use on the French fries. I want to try it some time apparently it was requested by a lot of people.
I will not be buying more hamburgers from here. However I will come here for there chicken 🐔. They offer outside setting.
