Workers were under appreciated. The workers were very respectful, supervisors tone was rude. I ordered ahead and had to wait but honestly felt bad for staff. While waiting noticed this in full view of lobby. Why post this where the world can see how employees are treated. I understand if management is fed up this could’ve been posted somewhere away from customers eyes.

I went to the Brandon location today and ordered my normal $5 deal with 2 thighs(still dark meat). Well, today they advised me that it could not be done, because it's considered a promo. Well, it's been a promo for a few months now. I've visited this location on a regular basis and it's never been an issue. Now all of a sudden you want to abide by company guidelines. The issue I have is there is no consistency here. I left and went to another location closer to my home and ordered it with no problem. Now I see why this location has low patronage.

They seriously need to hire better staff here. Cashier let someone to the side of me who wasn't even in line get to order before me then walked off, can't tell if being disrespectful or just not paying attention to surroundings. This picture was taken during lunch time and no wonder it is so empty, who would want to come to a place where you are treated poorly.

Today I went through the drive-through at the location on State Road 60 in Brandon. Ordered 23 piece meals, one white meat, one dark meat with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Also ordered a small order of fries. Got up to the window and waited for about 10 minutes while they “prepared my order”. As I was Sitting at the window waiting, I was watching one of the employees with a high-powered water hose literally spraying The bottom of the food prep counter and the floor while the other employee was preparing my food. Got my food, drove home and discovered that it was 22 piece meals, both dark meat and the pieces look like they had been cooked five days ago and on top of that, they forgot my order of fries as well. I was so disgusted that headed back for a refund and ended up being told by the supervisor that I would not get a refund because I was angry. This location needs a complete overhaul of staff. They were very rude and they literally do not give care one iota about doing a good job. I will not go back to this location.

Every time I come to this particular store I’m always not satisfied because they always forget all the things that I ordered. I get home and I am missing with all the stuff that belongs to my order why is it. I asked the cashier to the drive through and she told me it comes with the sauce which is the barbecue, ranch and buffalo sauce and it’s supposed to be inside the box well can you see the sauce in the box. So I got a dinner one Sunday evening because I didn’t want to cook and the next day I found out that my bank closed my account because someone ordering on line at 400 am that next morning and the last time I used my card is when I went to kfc at the drive through and I just had a feeling something was going on because first of all it took a long time for the girl in the drive through to give my card back and the window are like blocked where you can’t really see what is going on but anyway that person was able to get 500 dollars of my money that I worked for and able to order baby clothes diaper and man and woman clothes mind you my baby is 20 years old why would I need a diaper when all my kids are grown. I had to call my bank to see what is going on cancel my card and get another card had to wait 10 to 15 days to get my money back and then file a police report. I will never go back to this kfc at Brandon because they are literally able to steal your money that you worked for and spend it without your knowledge. I will suggest that people who had been to this place need to look at your bank statements and see what they are able to buy from your own bank account because I know sometimes people don’t pay attention because your to busy on workings or you make to much money that you don’t even think that someone is already stealing your money.
