The doctor who is my primary care physician has always been very personable, helpful and compassionate. I have no complaints about him whatsoever. However the office staff is terrible! Not them personally but the way the office is run. I called five times within a week to get an appointment for a clearance for an upcoming surgery. Each time they did not call me back. I even went to the office to hand deliver the paperwork the doctor needed to fill out for my clearance for my surgery. I was told I may or may not have to be seen. I hear nothing for five days. I went back to the office again to show them the form for the clearance for surgery. I told them this was the second time I’ve dropped off the form. She looked at me like I had three heads because she does not have record of me dropping off the form. I told her yes I dropped the form off last Wednesday and you were the one who made the copy and told me you would make sure the doctor got the form. She denied being the one who helped me that day. Then she finally made me an appointment and gave me the paper with the appointment date on it. Upon examing the paper I see that she had given me the wrong date. I went back in to get this corrected. She did apologize which I appreciated. I’m writing all this because I am very frustrated and this is not the first time I’ve been given the run around. Just keep in mind that a doctor’s staff can either make or break their practice. If I didn’t like my doctor so well I certainly would go elsewhere.

I had an appointment with siddar. At the start of the appointment she came in and immediately diminished any concerns I had with a referral to another doctor. I’m suffering from memory loss and hormonal issues and if I didn’t directly answer a question at the speed she wanted she gave a nasty side eye. She never addressed nor asked the original concern for me making the appointment. She came in started typing and made very little eye contact. She acts as if she does not want to do her job. The appointment started off great with the front desk and ended horribly with her. I immediately changed my PCP and I suggest you look elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human

The quality of "care" I received here was horrid. I had an appointment scheduled more than a month out with Dr Adnan. The week before the appointment, they called and said that I would have to do a virtual that day, or reschedule because the doctor was out of town during my appointment.
When I said I would take the appointment, I got no say in the time it would happen, and simply received an email several hours later saying I had an appointment at the time they chose.
I have had GI issues for over a decade, and the Dr (who should not be one, from what I have seen) ran some tests, and came back with the solution of "We aren't going to do anything else, because you have this one condition that typically clears up within a month or so". He entirely neglected the fact that I have been dealing with this issue for much longer than that. And when I tried to ask what the plan was beyond waiting for it to clear up, he said no plan was needed and wouldn't listen when I said that if it would clear itself up, I shouldn't be still dealing with it at the 12 year mark.
Overall, garbage service, and I highly recommend that if you need medical help, you find a kind stranger to perform whatever procedure you need, because you are equally likely to get quality care that way as you are seeing Dr Adnan Muhammad.

I called this morning because I need a refill on my prescription. Heather answered the phone she has poor customer service. Heather was rude to me basically threatening me if I don’t make an appointment I would not be able to get another refill. Heather didn’t give me an eta on when the meds would be sent. Heather didn’t even verify my pharmacy. SMH!

My spouse was the first of our family to have an appointment with Dr.Craft. Such wonderful,caring and understanding service from the doctor. I had an appointment today with the same doctor and my adult child will too. Thanks to Dr.Craft and all the staff for such great care for all patients.
