My brother in law had a heart attack, first day of vacation. HCA was so awesome with him and he had round the clock fantastic nurses and care. I have never encountered so many great nurses and Dr's. Dr P. WE LOVE YOU!!@ He is a fantastic cardiologist and he truly cares for his parents. His entire group ware super and cared for him with patience and really listened to what he had to day. Nobody ever came in the room and were rushed. The staff is definitely above average in cate and accuracy. Meds were given timely and calling a nurses did not mean having a long wait. Those folks are awesome.!
The food there was pretty good, can order from same folks giving him meals. Have a dining room and snack machines are available on each floor

I would like to report the aggressive and discriminatory attitude along with the terrible service provided by this lady who was the cashier at the CAFETERIA today. I don't know how it is possible that such trashy people work at this hospital because all of its medical and administrative staff treated me and my family in an exceptional manner at all times. I hope to be able to make a formal complaint against this lady and tell them there everything that happened in detail and receive a satisfactory response from the hospital, as well as follow up so that no one else is treated in the same way or in a similar way by people who try to believe themselves superior to others.

I had a very bad experience when I was a patient at this hospital back in 2023. I was treated like trash by the medical staff. Sadly I had to come back here on 10/23/2024 to the emergency department for unusual knee/leg pain. The doctors acted as if they didn't care about what I was going through. One doctor after doing her examination on me immediately blamed my weight being the possible cause of my pain and said that I need to start taking better care of myself. They did an X-ray on my knee just To satisfy me but didn't do an MRI. I heard one staff member walk past my room saying something along the lines like "He just wants to get DOPED UP" Not sure if the staff member was referring to me but it was still unprofessional. I felt like I was being rushed out. After my X-ray another doctor came in to give me cortisone shot. Another staff member entered the room and said OK THEY ARE GIVING HIM THE CORTISONE" As if they wanted me out of there in a hurry. I really know now that this is not the hospital for me. I don't care what happens, I will never go back ever. I felt embarrassed and ashamed.

Nubia Abalsamo was an amazing patient tech assistant to my grandmother Elodia. She truly does care for the patients. She was so kind and caring always making sure my grandmother was comfortable and had what she needed. She’s a blessing.

I was admitted in late August for a massive infection and it ended up being an extended stay. Everyone of the staff was exceptional and caring. Even when I was at my worst with delirium. One day, I was particularly depressed. I was in the blue tower then. Nurse amber was there and cheered me up. She made me mentally feel better. Made me feel like more of myself. Joked around with me and it snapped me out of the depression I had. I'll always be grateful for that. And grateful for everyone else who saved my life.
