Their chicken quality is getting bad, this all breading is in one chicken strip ,
Hope the management focus on a better and healthier quality chicken , not feeding everyone breading only,

Didn’t snap the lid on my soup and when I got home the bottom of the bag fell out when I picked it up and got Chicken Noodle Soup all over the floor of my car. Manager Ashanti implied it was my fault since they always snap on the lids. Terrible customer service and no empathy for a situation they caused.

It can get really crowded here and by trying to be quick at the register they got my order incorrect. They were nice to correct the issue. My kid likes the play are it’s tall and spacious. Dinning area was a little dirty, but expected to be that way when busy.

While Chick-fil-A provides the best service to any of the top fast food chains in the Tampa Bay area, my concern is the chicken, which seems to have a different texture and taste. Also, I love the tea with lemon, but as a diabetic it's too sweet for anyone-I always mix it with half of water and share, leaving still a good taste. Lastly, give me my 🍟! Stop this cutting back when we pay the price.

I drive thru probably once a week. The level of quality, care, professionalism, positivity, accuracy, friendliness, speed, efficiency exhibited here is unmatched. I often encounter Anndy who is perhaps one of the most calm, professional and nice people I’ve ever met. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at other fast food restaurants recently but todays order was a breath of fresh air & reminder that good customer service isn’t dead and it’s worth celebrating.
