I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran and I had the pleasure of being served by Charles on Veterans Day yesterday and he was so inviting and pleasant! I also was able to be checked out at the register by Kori home earlier struck up a great conversation with me since I was sitting at the counter and helped to make my visit a great one! The food was awesome as usual and I must say that my experience was second to none at this location and I especially love the fact that one of their waitresses who has been there for quite a bit of time named Marsha who usually waits on my wife and myself in the past recognize me and gave me a hug! I actually look forward to my next experience and visit to this Denny's location and take my hat off to an outstanding customer service crew and their foods! Thank you guys for a memorable Veterans Day! YOU GUYS ROCK!

As soon as we walked in, the bad odor was absolutely awful. I don’t understand how they don’t notice how strong the MOLD smells, the whole ceiling has green/black spots from the entrance to the other side of the restaurant. By the cash register there’s a air vent that’s leaking water, no one seems to care if a guest slips and fall, we had to wait about 20 min to be seated because they had nobody to clean the tables/booths, when a female finally cleaned one, we were seated, and it took another 20 min to clean another table. Meanwhile they served me EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT ORDER, they didn’t have the ingredients to make my dish, so they served me what they had. I understand restaurants sometimes ran out of stuff but come on, there’s other ways to handle those situations. I left very unhappy. When I was checking out the employee asked me “how was everything?” I had to take a deep breath, I said I had some inconvenience with my food, I let her know what happened and she said let me call my manager, when the manager showed up, she introduced her manager to me, the manager told her “YOU DONT SAY WHO I AM SOMETIMES”, like come on, if you have to correct an employee, do it when the guest isn’t there anymore, or if you don’t want to feel ashamed to have that title JUST RESIGN, they honestly don’t know how to handle certain situations, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a place to work, the MOLD causes a lot of respiratory issues, for guest and even worse for employees. I will put a complaint for this place to get inspected.
Also, make sure employees wear acceptable clothing to serve food, make sure their hair is ok, because “they” look like they woke up and went straight to work, nothing against them personally but accidents happen and hair might fall off on people’s plates. Just try to be involved with the crew.

Simple breakfast order and we were pleasantly suprised ! The eggs were cooked perfectly husband ordered his over easy and I ordered mine scrambled...they were perfection ! We are newer to the area and the dennys we are used to in sun city was mediocre at best from service to food taste and temperature. This location had great service and great food! Thank you !

So I haven't been back to Denny's in over 7 months because of the bad service and the food. But my father came into town to visit and he loves Denny's so we came back. Well it was clean for the most part but always has a funny smell. The waitress was very nice and had service with a smile. She was very attentive to my family and I made sure our coffee stayed topped off. She sat us in the back with great seating so everyone could be comfortable. Well we ordered our beverages and she brought them right away. When she came back with drinks she took our food order. I did ask her for well done hash browns and meat and neither of my meats or hashbrowns were cooked well. But my dad and my son were happy with their food so I didn't complain. So I ate my food and just enjoyed my breakfast with my family. Paid for our food and went on with my day.

We had amazing service from Britney! The wait times were a bit long and the place seemed a bit chaotic when we came in on a Saturday morning. We were impressed with how Britney handled everything and kept up a good and cheerful demeanor. I'd give Britney 5 stars and the rest of the restaurant a solid 2 stars. She should run the place!
