Excellent property management service. I rented my house for two years and they have done an outstanding job monitoring and overseeing my house while I was overseas. I have now returned to my home and it’s in a better condition than when I left it. I’m very happy, will definitely be back when it’s time to rent out my property again. We have worked with Marie for over 20 years in both the Property Management and the Real Estate facets. She is a gem, to say the least. She managed our property for several years and then when it came time to sell……….she handled all of the changes that we wanted to make to the house. She used her creativity in décor, flooring, alterations, as well as her direct contacts with excellent Vendors, etc. She did it all. We could always count on her to notify us if there were any problems, if any damages were done or any of the appliances needing replacing over the years. She handled it.
