Honestly I have never had such a bad experience at McDonald’s , usually they are on it and making sure that everything is good I waited 10 minutes to get my order taken and no one was in line , then pulled up to the window and ordered a hot cake with sausage
Thinking my food would be fresh. My hotcakes were literally crunchy all on the outsides and sausage was cold , I will not be coming back.

I did my order and it did not specify that I could not pick up inside. We just had a hurricane and they are one of the only places open for a warm meal and the girl who answered the phone said they were to busy and said come back later. They already have my money and I’m already sitting here. I literally was told I can wait. I have no problem waiting I have a problem with them allowing people to order to pick up inside and then the doors are locked and then I can’t even get my food. Poor customer service.

Fast efficient service and check-out, but the checkout girl wasn't very friendly and didn't acknowledge me with a greeting or wished me a good day.
Not sure if she's having a bad day, just shy, or doesn't want to be there.
She was drinking her drink and fiddling with her hair and then handling my food.
Then last but not least she didn't seem to like me asking for more condiments.

I was traveling, so not my usual location. I asked for 4 quarter pounders with no ketchup and extra onions and extra mustard and two chicken big macs. After a 20 minute wait my food was placed in the counter without the chicken big macs. They had been put with someone else's order. I left and continued on my journey. As we opened the quarter pounders we found out the issue but had no time to go back.

Rude service in the drive thru. They talk low when ordering so you can’t hear them and if you say I can’t hear you they just won’t speak at all. Pulled up to the next window greeted with a nasty attitude and told that my code wouldn’t work because the items I ordered weren’t an option, which it is on my coupon for eligible items. Then I was continually stared at and given a nasty attitude, I believe because I showed that the items ordered were eligible, as she ran my card. I work with customers too so I understand that we have off days but to come every other week or once a month for rude service is terrible. McDonald’s has gone down with their customer service and needs to get it together before they don’t have customers.
