Sometimes the chicken can come out very dry but the times I get perfectly cooked chicken, I always enjoy it with the garlic cilantro sauce, it is so good! The Mac & cheese is also really really good as well as the plantains! Will be coming back

Unacceptable. This is the tropical trio I received around 9:30 today. Wish management would address the Sunday crew. Missing half of the meal.

Applause to Mr.Joshua and his staff on their welcoming service ! It all started with being greeted when I walked in to exceptionally prepared foods , they made sure the things needed to eat or dress the food was either given or asked if needed ! Food was so fresh and nicely plated man I tell you not a beat skipped I give it overall a 10/10 p.s I usually don’t leave reviews let alone long ones but this was a service you have to recognize ! I will be back …. Oh And and and 🤣that grilled chicken sandwich was a hands down good thing you have added to the menu !

Do NOT eat here. This is the quality of food that Pollo Tropical gave me on 06/14/2024. I ordered the 1/4 chicken with brown rice and black beans, and the brown rice tasted like I was chewing rocks. The chicken also appears to be old, dry, and inedible.
This is the quality of food that warrants a visit from corporate and a food inspection. I am on the verge of reporting this restaurant and sure do hope that they do not serve a meal like this to future customers.
If my child had eaten my meal and become choked on the rice, that would be a bigger matter for this establishment.

Went in with 20 minutes to spare ,ordered my food no problem the lady who took my order went back to the fryer and came back and told me I can’t have crispy I have to get grill chicken with a wait after already waiting . So I just took the grill chicken which I didn’t want I had taste buds for crispy I spent $13 just to not get what I wanted and paid for in full and couldn’t even offer anything , plus everything was ice cold I had a side of rice which was $4 and it was so tiny and still not filled I thought it was a joke . Not to mention it was like 5 people there so why was she doing everything and why are they giving out cold food . Had a good experience my first time but the next two trips I taken including today have been very bad and the whole lobby was empty just like 2 customers. I can’t spend anymore of my money there sorry .
