A fun relaxing restaurant to grab a fast, quality meal. The decor is nostalgic, interesting, and fun. The service is excellent. Best of all. The food is one of the best food ever. It doesn’t taste like fast food. We all agreed we will return.

Haven't been to Portillo's in several years; don't even remember what I got last time I was there. So wife and I decided to stop in for lunch, which turned out to be very disappointing. My Italian sandwich was so greasy, the bread was soaked and soggy! Even the paper that it was wrapped in was soaked in grease. I took two bites, and that's all I could endure.
All the staff was very kind, and it's a very nice restaurant. "Maybe" we'll go back one day... in a few years...

First time to Portillos and we love their hotdogs and the Italian sausage sandwich so far. The place is very clean, great ambiance and the service was very quick and efficient. Will definitely be back.

A gem of a restaurant located in my former hometown.
Portillo’s became a fave of mine having discovered one nearby Disneyland when I used to live in CA. Imagine the look of surprise and shock when I rolled into Tampa, started searching for places to eat after 9pm and this place shows up.
I cannot comment on any other food items other than the beef dip sandwiches and fries. Always great, a little messy, but an absolute favorite food item. I get it loaded with sweet and hot peppers. It just never disappoints.
The fries were cooked to perfection. I can’t believe this is located in Brandon, Fl. What a great way to start the Tampa/Brandon portion of our trip.

Great place that people from Chicago told me I needed to try. Chili dog was ok, beef sandwich was decent, and beef n cheddar croissant was delicious. We were advised to get our sandwiches dipped or wet which made them taste good but severely messy. Employees were very polite and courteous. Restaurant was super clean with cool nostalgic decor.
