She explained what the supplements are for, when to take, what they help with, etc. She was the best coach and I thanked her for teaching me and building my knowledge in nutrition and supplements too. Anneliese and employers are highly knowledge in every product in the store and answer to your questions right away when you ask or advice you what you look for. Best supplement store in Florida. Their knowledge on sports nutrition is top in class. Not only do they have expertise in the space but Southern Muscle has the best variety with top of the line products. Their merch is pretty sick too!

So about a month ago I decided that I wanted to transition back into the gym. I’ve been cross country truck driver for the last 6 years. A brother of mines suggested I go to Southern Muscle to get some of the things I would need to maximize recovery and muscle growth.
Well when I got there the lovely young lady was more than helpful. She took the time out to understand exactly what my goals were and suggested the best products to achieve those goal. She also was very considerate from the money aspect. She wasn’t just trying to sale me anything to take my money. She educated me briefly on what each product does and even took the time to write down instructions for usage.
All in all I was extremely pleased with her service. I waited this long to right this review so I can give a truthful review and I must say the product she suggested and the customer service she provided along side her outstanding knowledge and wisdom , the only place I recommend anyone to go is to Southern Muscle!!! I will be going back !!!

If you’re new into supplements, working out, or just curious on what can help… this is the place to be. This isn’t your cookie cutter shop that they just try to sell anything to everyone that walks in. They actually listen to your needs, come up with a plan, explain every product and say why it would work for you, and then go over everything when coming back.
Anneliese and Ricky are hands down two of the best customer service people I have dealt with at a store before. They’re super informative, knowledgeable, and honest about their products.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone (beginner or advanced) looking to better their health and have proper guidance.
