Never going here again. As you start to order it says “ show coupon before ordering” i saw my coupon to lady. She was like i can do this coupon but not the one on other side of flyer. I didnt argue and used whichever she wanted.ordered 2 footlong veggies but she was so cheap my half sub was left clean bread not even sauce reached there. There is no customer service from employee. Lady who was there is afternoon should not even work there. Very disappointed.

I've been wanting to try the foot long dippers for so long! It was good, warm. A little spicy, but it's pepperoni so duh. My mom devoured her sandwich. My sister enjoyed her sandwich as well.
Floor of the place was really beat up. Kitchen looked good though. Clean. Organized. Service was fine, but I wish there were some smiles. Overall they did great and I'd come back -- especially for that foot long cookie. MAN that thing is good.

Just picked up several Philly subs and they are perfect!! I went out of the way to go to this location due to another location (Boyette) that showed as open not answering the phone. I did not want to make a blank trip wasting gas during the approaching storm ( Milton). She answered at 108 Brandon Blvd. and I proceeded to place my order via app. Thank you for answering the phone and making our subs so fresh, hot, and delicious.

I ordered off the subway app and the food was never delivered. I called this subway and they said it was not their problem and I had to call the delivery driver. The app doesn’t even tell you which service picked it up. So I had to call the store back and basically demand to find out who picked it up. Turns out it was DoorDash. DoorDash doesn’t have any record of picking it up. So I call back and ask for a manager because they still refuse to help. I was told the manager was not there and to call back in The morning. So I go in there after they said they were too busy to investigate and ask them to please just replace the food and they still refuse! So long story short if your food doesn’t show up there is no one to hold accountable apparently. Everyone will point the finger at the other meanwhile I had to pay in full again for the food I never got. Whatever happened to accountability the world we live in is out of control. The staff was completely rude and refused to acknowledge that $52 dollars of mine is gone to their app yet they didn’t care. Do your self a favor and never order from this subway the whole experience was unbelievable and they really need to be ashamed of themselves. Sad thing is nobody cares and customers are a dime a dozen so I am doing my little part to spread the word even tho it doesn’t really matter

Every time I order from here, I receive my order in a Walmart bag. The sauce for the pretzel was in a drinking cup and the ingredients were very sad and not fresh.
