Please let me know why this is acceptable. Eating out isn't even worth it, at least respect your customers by acting like you care about what they eat. Had to argue with the window girl about my girlfriends Luxe box and she swore it was all in the bag. I pulled around, checked again, and it was not there. 30 seconds after our window moment she comes out and says "you forgot this" like it was my fault. Then my mexican pizza looks like it's been stepped on. And I got no sauce even though it was Very clearly on the order. Getting tired of this from this specific taco bell. This time it was so bad I left a review.

It's Taco Bell! If you eat there you might want to read what's in the meat. It doesn't even have a grade. It is marked Edible only. I don't think you can get lower.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've been to so far, and never have I ever been treated so rudely and with little disregard by the employees at any place! I ordered a mobile order here Saturday for me and my mother, and when they gave out my food one of the employees just threw it out on the counter in front of me lazily nearly wasting the contents in the bag. They also forgot my three drinks and I asked a young lady politely if she could get the 3 strawberry freezes. This girl literally rudely say, "uh, what'd you say, lady?" And I when I ask again she gives me only one drink! I mentioned there's three that came with the order, she rolls her eyes at me fixes the other two and plops them down in front of me in an oversized drink carrier. One of the drink even falls on the floor due to her slamming it down on the table and didn't even apologize for it. Came here Sunday again, there were young employees are even worst and more disrespectful than the last ones! They literally were goofing around in the back another customer also was asking why our orders weren't ready yet, took nearly a whole hour for them to prepare our food while they were horsing around and didn't pay us any mind at all but occasionally glancing back and smirking for some reason. Kept telling us the order would be out soon while I literally see their buddies not doing anything. And they gave me only ONE drink again!!! I got so frustrated I didn't even bother waiting for them to give me my other two drinks. I will never be coming to this Taco Bell again (much prefer the one on Bloomingdale)!!!! The only reason I even came to this particular one in Causeway is only because I was visiting my brother at his new apartment on the weekend and this was the closest one nearby. This is honestly the only time I've been treated so rudely with poor food service in any restaurant!!!!! This location seems to be ran by inconsiderate rude teenagers who don't acknowledge customers properly!

No sure how to start this but my experience at this taco bell was good until it was time to eat. Food in general had an ok flavor no issues there specially after 2 years of not having this king of food. Well while I was eating my meal at home I’m eating my chicken chalupa and I’m casually filling extra crunchy peaces of something, and dint think much of it. Until, I started to eat my second one and the same thing there were peaces of some random white/yellow pill in my second chalupa. I’m definitely scared of this experience.

This taco bell consistently misses order notes, forgets items on an order (regardless of paid or free), about 60% of the time. It's close to work so it's convenient but having to waste time going back on my limited lunch to correct errors in the order eliminates that convenience. Repeated contacts to corporate through the app hasn't fixed it. Staff is rather friendly but counter service leaves quite a lot to be desired.
