Above and beyond what I expected!
When it was time to sell my moms townhome due to her Alzheimers I knew exactly who to call.
Since Tracey sold my mom her townhome and home before it the choice was obvious. She brings a friendly face with years of experience. She made suggestions on what needed to be done in order to get full asking price and would stand out above the comps in the area. We had an full offer in just weeks of listing and sold shortly after that. She was available day and night and even on vacation to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Above and beyond what I expected out of a real estate agent! Definitely will use her services again in the future for any buying or selling!

Words cannot fully express our gratitude to Tracey Hernandez for everything that she has done to sell our home in Valrico, FL. We did meet with another realtor as well, but we chose Tracy because we trusted her as a woman of faith who would also be trusting in the Lord to make this process go as seamless as possible.
We could not have been wiser in this decision as the house sold the first day it was on the market. I know this is not the norm for most who are selling their homes, but it can happen when both are committed by faith to the same goal.
Tracey helped us so much with all the paperwork and details concerning dates and signing of documents. Her professionalism and knowledge of all the details of the mortgage industry made this an easy process for us. Tracy was incredible. Her communication was spot on. She always answered my calls or sent a message that she would call back and followed through. She was always willing to answer any questions that came up and gave friendly advice that made our home easier to sell. She made us feel as if our listing was the most important thing on her plate. She also helped us find quality contractors to assist with minor repairs. Just over-the-top customer service. I highly recommend her services.
