I used my previous property management since 2020. It was a large organization, but my point of contact would change very 1-5 months. They either quit or get promoted. I was willing to look past this because there were no major issues with my rental. That all changed when my HOA complained about my dead grass. Real answers took 3-7 days and I finally decided to look elsewhere when their repair plan was $12K. I found Brandon Realty Property Management by chance and talked with Nora multiples about my situation. She explained how she would handle this situation and she even got me a quote to repair for significantly less in 1-2days. She educated me about the different types of grass that are better suited to Tampa. I probably called her no less than 5 other time to ask this or that. Never did she pressured me to change to her company or ignored my calls. I even called her after Hurricane Ian pass thru Tampa because my own PM was too slow to give me an update.
In Jun of 2023, Nora (and Dylan) took over managing of my rental property and I cannot be more delighted with my decision. Nora continues to be easy to reach, provides thought out explanations, and answers my followup questions. She provides the boots-on-the-ground service that I needed to watch over my property.
I recommended Brandon Realty to another investor in the same community and I highly recommended them to you as well.

I was held to higher rent than the other three (3) tenants, the only difference was before I moved in my unit it required repairs because it was not fit for a human to live, it was plain filthy. The new floors landlord put in deemed them to charge me higher rent. The realtor did say everyone’s rent would be increasing in 2020…that I cannot attest to.
The only reason I moved there in the first place was previous townhome HOA President said my dog was too big but the Realtor okayed my year lease for me to move in and didn’t have a problem taking my full year worth of rent UPFRONT. Very stressful situation I was in for me and my babies.
I pray people have a conscience to start honoring the Golden Rule. This occurred 2018-2020 and I hope since then The Code of Ethics is taken more seriously.

Fantastic experience with Weichert Realtors Brandon Realty! In todays age of commercial real estate, it was wonderful to work with a family oriented business. Nora and Dylan were readily available throughout our home buying process to answer any questions and work around our timeframe. Most importantly, they listened to us and stayed with the budget/home specs we wanted. Dylan was the first real estate agent I've worked with that I felt truly had our best interests at heart. We worked with Dylan Hamilton to purchase our first home and he was wonderful! As first time home buyers, we were unsure of the process and Dylan's help and advice was so valuable.
